\"Registro_Candidatura_Ernande<\/a>A Chapa de n\u00famero 12 e nome OAB ATIVA que tem como candidato a presidente da Seccional da OAB, o advogado Ernande da Silva Segismundo e vice, o advogado Nilton Edgard Mattos Marena, foi registrada na tarde desta sexta-feira (16).<\/p>\n

O ato que autoriza o in\u00edcio da campanha eleitoral foi prestigiado por membros e apoiadores da chapa na Capital e no interior do Estado. O nome resume o sentimento do grupo que se uniu h\u00e1 dois meses com um objetivo primordial: resgatar o protagonismo da OAB em defesa da advocacia, da sociedade e do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito.<\/p>\n

A chapa OAB ATIVA se destaca pela composi\u00e7\u00e3o que coloca em relevo a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de advogados do interior, o jovem \"Registro_Candidatura_Ernande<\/a>advogado e a mulher. \u201cFomos ousados como realmente os novos tempos exigem! Nossos Conselheiros Federais representam bem essa mudan\u00e7a. Pela primeira vez uma chapa indicou uma advogada para o cargo de conselheira federal, pois queremos fortalecer a participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina. O jovem advogado ser\u00e1 representado por Vin\u00edcius Valentin Raduan Miguel, pois \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m prioridade uma gest\u00e3o que oportunize aos mais jovens os cargos de relev\u00e2ncia na OAB. De Vilhena vem nosso terceiro Conselheiro, o advogado Eust\u00e1quio Machado, lideran\u00e7a no Cone Sul do Estado\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ao se dirigir aos advogados e advogadas que prestigiaram o ato, Segismundo ressaltou a necessidade de real\u00e7ar o respeito e a confian\u00e7a da entidade que historicamente tem sido a voz mais expressiva em defesa da sociedade. \u201cO que garante a todo advogado e advogada o respeito \u00e0s suas prerrogativas \u00e9 a independ\u00eancia da Ordem como ator judicial, e por isso, conclamamos toda a advocacia rondoniense a votar na chapa que defende uma OAB Ativa, uma OAB viva\u201d, afirmou Segismundo.<\/p>\n

O candidato a presidente da Seccional da OAB em Rond\u00f4nia, Ernande da Silva Segismundo, graduou-se em Direito pela Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de Goi\u00e1s em 1990. \u00c9 p\u00f3s-graduado em Filosofia do Direito na Cadeira de Teorias Cr\u00edticas do Direito e a Democracia na Am\u00e9rica Latina pela Universidad Internacional de Andalucia em conv\u00eanio com a Universidad de Sevilla \u2013 Espanha.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 tamb\u00e9m p\u00f3s-graduado Lato Sensu em Direito e Processo Eleitoral pela Escola Judici\u00e1ria Eleitoral e Instituto Jo\u00e3o Ne\u00f3rico da Faculdade de Ci\u00eancias Humanas, Exatas e Letras de Rond\u00f4nia \u2013 FARO.<\/p>\n

Sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o na hist\u00f3ria da OAB\/RO coincide com o per\u00edodo em que havia muito a fazer na defesa da advocacia rondoniense e da sociedade. Segismundo exerceu os cargos de Presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Direitos Humanos, Presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Est\u00e1gio e Exame de Ordem da Ordem, Presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Assuntos Legislativos e Secret\u00e1rio Geral Adjunto. A advocacia social em defesa dos movimentos sociais, da cultura e do patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico, s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m caracter\u00edsticas marcantes dos seus 25 anos de exerc\u00edcio profissional.<\/p>\n
